Our Shipping & Handling Policy

All orders are shipped USPS Priority within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Shipping Rates
We charge a flat rate of $20 per order.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the item when it becomes available.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Please email jtw@thespiritlights.com to request a refund. Include in your request a statement as to the reason you are requesting a return/refund. Please provide your telephone number in your request. You will be sent return instructions and an address to return the product to.

Include in your package the original receipt.

Return Exceptions – Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
